We’ll also look at active listings in your neighborhood because those are your competition.
In fact, I will set you up to receive immediate notification by email of new listings in your neighborhood so you can keep up with the competition.
I will take EXCELLENT PICTURES, as many as it takes, and turn your house’s MLS report into a dazzling irresistible display.
I will do a mouthwatering descriptive write-up on your property to go along with the pictures in the MLS, or you can do your own and I’ll edit it.
I will provide a lockbox so your house can be easily shown anytime, or you can let showing agents and their buyers in, yourself.
